Because all sets are handmade and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
